Who we are
Blacksand is a real estate development and management company, part of Alabdullatif Holding Group, with its head office at Prince Sultan Bin Abdulaziz Rd, Al Mathar Ash Shamali, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide — your name, email address, and (optionally) your phone number, the city and type of space you are interested in, the project, and any message. We also record limited technical information (a one-way hashed form of your IP address and your browser type) and how you reached the site (campaign and referrer information) for security and to understand which of our efforts brought you here.
Why we use it — and our lawful basis
We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about the property or space you asked about. Our lawful basis is the performance of the service you requested (PDPL Art. 6). We do not use these details for unrelated marketing unless you separately and explicitly opt in.
Who can see it
Your enquiry reaches the relevant Blacksand team (sales or leasing). We never sell or share your details with unrelated third parties. We use Microsoft Azure (cloud hosting and email) and Cloudflare (security) as processors; some processing may occur outside the Kingdom, which you acknowledge when you submit the form.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
Your choices
Confirmation emails include a one-click unsubscribe. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your details at any time by writing to info@blacksand.sa.
